tmaxx to electric
i have a old tmaxx laying around its the 2.5. the motor is junk and dont really want to stick a new motor in. so i am thinking of going to make it electric? but as cheap as i can i just want to bash and beat it the heck out of it. what has to be done to make it electric? any tips will be very nice! thank you ahead of time!

I would probably just buy an E-Maxx chassis 3903/3908 and swap the front/rear ends on it but it would cost maybe $100 or so with metal center driveshafts and the tranny.

+1 that's about the only way that makes sense....if it's gonna be brushed. If you want brushless then you'll need to upgrade your front and rear ends to the sealed diffs, better shafts, and the newer style carriers. It can get real expensive and if you're not careful you'll have regrets about not buying an electric truck.
