Pull-Start Eliminator
I was running my freshly tuned Rustler w/O.S. .15 and was havin a blast (still pulling front tires off the ground at WOT). Then I decided to take a break of that after about 1/4 gallon of fuel, and wanted to run my T-Maxx around. I've got the Fantom FR18 with the Traxxas 2.5 pull start. I noticed that it has been slipping a lot lately and I cannot get it started because of this. I still tried to at least get it started and tugged on it for a while, then the stupid string got locked at full-pull. So now I've got about 1 1/2 feet of pullstart rope just hanging out of my truck. I'm probably gonna go figure out how to fix this (notice I said FIGURE OUT HOW) so I can cruise tomorrow. Then I saw the pull start eliminator on www.neweramodels.com and thought that would be pretty cool. I was just wondering what all you would need for it to work? Here's a link to the pull start thing-[link=http://www.neweramodels.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?session_id=joktmapybpaqpjgofbgwudlgwagkuv fe&part_id=359]do you know which size I would need? 6mm or 8mm[/link] Like I said, what all would I need for something like this to work on a Fantom FR18?

RE: Pull-Start Eliminator
Pull it a few times quickly. repeat that and it will go back in. It just seem to take forever, somtimes it goes back in easilly. But it will retract.

How do you turn the one-way bearing with a drill? That link that I showed was the thing, but I'm sure there are other parts that I will need for it to work. What are they?
