Default Gears???

I'm thinking about converting my maxx to forward only, what is better, aluminum gears or harded steel gears, i have a mach 26 in my maxx so theres alot of power happenin

go with the hardend steel the aluminum ones arn't as strong at all. I got a mach .26 and the steel FOC in mine.

aluminum is lighter but weaker=less rotating mass=faster acceleration coupled with increased chances of gear stripping

steel is heavier and stronger=more rotating mass=slower acceleration but you'll have a tough time stripping em out
