2.5 Manual for Assembly
I'm a NEWBEE to the TMAXX World. I recently traded for a used 2.5. Can anyone tell me where I can find a download or free assembly/instruction manual? I have found all the EXPLODED VIEW & Parts List info, but can not find any written type manual for the actual assembly. For example how tight are the Pivot Balls supposed to be? Just snug? Do they have to be some what loose for suspension travel?
Thanks

RE: 2.5 Manual for Assembly
The manual is DEFINITELY on Traxxas's website.
http://www.traxxas.com/products/nitr...maxx_views.htm
I see it right there. 'T-Maxx 2.5 Owner's Manual'
With the hex pillow ball adjustment- I usually remove the shock bottoms and then snug both top and bottom caps until the suspension just barely moves; then I loosen both top and bottom in 1/4 turns until the suspension moves freely, BUT not sloppy.
Since the shocks are not hooked up, you can move it up and down easily with your hand. If there is any resistance- it is too tight; If it is loose and sloppy- it's too loose.
