Default GEAR BOX PROBLEMS!!!!

ok hears the crack i bought my truck in to re fuel, stopped perfectly, fuelled up, then accelerated but it didn’t move, so i took the gear box apart and checked to see what was wrong, found that the primary gears drive pin and snapped, ok so ill put a new pin in, and that works fine but now it wont accelerate properly or shift properly, when i initially start up the truck and rev it doesn’t move or shudder as if the cutch is engaging at low speed, and when i do accelerate it revs as if its out of gear (when you shift between forwards and reveres and it just goes WEEEEEEE!!!!!!) but after a few very short hi revs and some very slow movement and a switch between forward and reverse its almost fine, but when i shift to reverse its absolutely fine pops wheels really well...in reverse though [:'(]
and no i haven’t put the reveres clutch and forward clutch in the wrong way round. any ideas about what the f**ck could be wrong with it! its only 3 weeks old you see n when sumit new like that breaks its annoying. [:@][:@]

Did you tighten the slipper clutch all the way and back it off 1/8-1/4 turn? If not give that a try.
