Default Revo Diff Replacements

Anyone got any suggestions for a replacement for my stock diffs. Toasted one today, gonna upgrade both. I saw some all aluminum ones for a differant truck but haven't been able to find anything like that for my revo. Anyone else know? Aluminum case that is. I am going with blue anondizing on everything that I can if that makes a diff on the diff lol. If not blue then silver.

This is the rear diff though. I'm talking about the front and rear diff cases. The whole friggin thing. The outer case I guess you would call it.

Ok, this is something along the lines of what I am talking about. Just picture the case of this thing and blue anondized aluminum. It's off a differant model but it gives you a visual.

Internals and external yes. I saw somewhere for a differant model they had an aluminum case. That is what i am talking about. I would do the internals also but I figure while I am fixing it why not upgrade it.

IVE HEARD OF PPL WHO BOUGHT AN ALUMINUM CASE, AND PUT STOCK INTERNALS IN IT. THEY SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME SHIMMING THE PINION GEAR( sorry for the caps, im a hunt and pecker kind of typist) to get just the right mesh. after doing this they stated the digg was very strong. i dont know where to find this info thou, cause i have yet to have an issue with my diff's. i think the high viscosity diff oil i use hepls reduce wear.

just curious... why are you attempting to get blue anodized diffs? They are not seen on the Revo... they're covered by the bulkheads. I can see upgrading the internals, but... why the case? OR... are you looking for the bulkheads and not the diff case?

i think he is worried that the stress is causing the plastic case to warp or flex, causing the blown diff.

Well I'm sure these are awesome too, I just had such slow rotation on my backflip I had to hold the throttle the whole time, didn't get the tires stopped before they hit the ground. I am looking for blue anondized everything actually. I like the blue and would like to have the entire truck nothin but blue anondized stuff. It'll happen just give me some time. Bulkheads, guards, arms. Everything. Thanks rockzilla that is exactly what I am talking about. Now to see if they have it in blue.......................

I'm very happy that i found the right things you are searching for. Lol, sorry that i forgot to post the link also. I Have many aluminum parts from 3Racing on my Revo and find them great. Here is the link where you get those parts: http://www.3racing.com.hk/ and www.rcxshop.com and as i said before the Center Gear Box Case For Revo is coming soon on their site but till now their is no picture yet from it but it must be the case that comes around the whole diff stuff then. I will also upgrade my diffs from inside out so that a bigger Engine like .23 or .28 not destroys everything inside the diffs. I will also take other cross pins and shim the whole stuff.
Here some pictures of the same stuff in Blue.
