Can I use roto start on OS 18TM?
I recently purchased a OS 18TM to replace my Traxxas TRX 2.5. My question is can I use the roto start that I installed on the old engine and use on the OS 18TM?

Yes you can. I have one on my OS Revo. I had to take a dremel and grind the top of the roto start case to clear the header
