No question whatsoever. the savage is years behind the revo in technology and design. Sure you can get a savage with a BB .46 in it, but what good is that gonna do you with almost no control? The revo turns on a dime, making it easy to avoid hitting stuff, and also makes you able to actually rock crawl (in a sense) something that monster trucks in the past were unable to do.

Two words RE VO!!! Even though I am a complete newb, this is my first Nitro RC, it's pretty obvious why this is the best...

Cheers

I voted revo, but you are going to get a biased opinion here becuase this is the traxxas forum. Same if you posted this in the HPI forum.

My buddy has a savage 25 and I have never seen anything that takes the kinds of beatings he gives his savage. End over end, landing on the roof, cartwheels at full throttle. Yeah he has broke parts, but who hasn't.

I'm thinking of posting the same thing in the HPI forum with links to the other and vice versa, see what happens.

lol, Honesty, that's good. All of the above things i do also but I don't break anything. The only thing I have broken is two a-arms a diff, and a spur gear. That was tryin to land a 30+ ft backflip. (Height) I have some technical issues but they aren't broke just not quite right.
