Default Slipper clutch adjustments

Okay I need to know aproxamently how tight my slipper clutch needs to be. I was tightening mine trying to get better throttle responce and I found out by stripping one of my gears thats not what that clutch is for. Should I tighten it so I can't turn it with my fingers, so I can turn it with my fingers but it's tight, or I can turn it with my fingers and it turns with medium effort? I would like to have it with as little slip as possible. Thanks for all your help.
