Well, I just put an OS18TM in my Revo 2.5r and I'm exceedingly pleased so far. It was an easy break-in, easy to tune, good run times, and it pretty much wheelies when I want. I'll be glad to get a bit more fuel through it to see when it comes into it's stride.
I picked the TM Because of the OS reputation, the ease of instalation (absolutely nothing to buy except te motor), the fact that I can stilll use the ez-start, and the TM's reputation for good power but not so much that I'll constantly have to be replacing /upgrading drivetrain parts.

I paid $170 for mine on sale at Tower. They're back up to $209 - $20 promotion = $189
A BB would not be my choice in the Revo...too much power in my opinion. It's one thing to wheelie when you want and another to have uncontroable wheelies. I want to be able to drive around and play w/o always having to go flip the truck back over.
But what ever works for you.
Good luck.

Well I would use the heat cycle method as the breakin in method. Do a search --heat cycle and the author would be by fuelman and that will tell you how to break in the engine. Fuelman knows what he's talking about. Just be prepared to read though.
