Yes to the subject title. No to your other question. YOu have to get a big block mount to make it fit. and you have to get a bump starter as you will no longer be able to fit a pull start behind it. That's a good engine, BTW. I have the axial .28

yes, an axial .32 will fit. use the new era .32 big block mount kit. it fits a roto start, and should work with a pull start as well.
