im still pretty new at this too but actually i think to lower the rpm's wouldn't you want to lean it out? so it would be clockwise right? but i wouldn't put any money on it just because im still new to this stuff and i'm not 100% sure

It's counter-clockwise. It's opposite the LSN & HSN because now your dealing with the air side of the mix. counter clockwise "unscrews" the idle and causes the gap to decrease. smaller gap = less air, if the LSN was untouched the mix gets a little richer.

just turn on your car and remote, trim to center and adjust the idle screw so you have about 1/8" opening inside your carb. once you get it running you'll have to fine tune

it's something close to that, i'm not sure of the metric conversion. so i would say just alittle gap on the carb. just try it and then dial it in, after you warm up the motor
