ok i dont have any sound on this computer but it looks to me like your running very lean. if ur burning glo plugs and not getting a nice smoke trail, especially when its that cold out you are definatly running lean.

My engine ran like this the other day and it was because the gasket around the header cracked and fell into the exhaust clogging it.

Lean it out a bit. It'll perk up. Sounds cold too.

you would think that if it was rich, there would be a ton of smoke coming out of the exhaust. i bet theres something blocking the pipe.

richen the high speed needle a 1/8 turn and see if it starts running better. Then if it does, keep going till it runs right. If not, go back the other way with it till it gets better.

Nahh.. See you will sound rich but when you give it gas, you go barely anywhere. Now maybe you are a little rich but I don't even think you ran it enough to warm it up. I bet your clutch is shot or one of the clutch bearings. After you let off the throttle it idled really low which showed the lsn was rich but you give it gas and you go no where. Check your clutch. I'll put money on it.

After you fix the clutch you need to warm it up and then tune. You will spend hours trying to tune if you try while its cold. Here's some vids to help you out:

You gotta pull the motor. 4 screws around the block. Then take a flat head screwdriver(small) to the E clip on the end of the clutch bell. And pry it off. Be careful because it will shoot off so put your hand around the clutch bell when you take it off. I'll try to get some steps with pics for ya.

Ok I found a step by step on how to replace it on a 4-tec. So just follow the steps on how to get to the clutch.

I would go abot 5 turns out on hight speed and go plush with low speed on the carb body and then go 1/2 turn out from their. My did the same thing but all is good now. Also turn up your idle.

Like the above poster mentioned; I too would go 1 turn richer past break-in setting on the hsn; and then try and re-adjust the low speed accordingly.
