Default Break in with new pipe?

Hello I just got a new TRX 3.3 and I got an aftermarket pipe. Can I break the engine in with the aftermarket pipe or must I use the stock one?

Thanks
Xtfreak.

or you could just break it in w/ stock leave things factory then tune from there so you don't have to tune twice.

My engine has never seen the stock pipe. About half a gallon through. It's one of the fastest at the flying field.
Started with the Imex pipe and changed over to the THS after breaking 2 header pipes.

Personally and this is just me; I too would break it in with the stock pipe; that way the pipe wont affect ur needle settings nearly as much; because if u put a different pipe on it right off the bat; then u probably will have to change the needle settings from break-in settings to compensate....just my thoughts here.....
