Default hey revo guys, need some help with the front diff.

ok, i was running the revo (2.5r all stock) and i lost the power to the front end. it wasnt all the time but most of the time the front wheels arnt pulling, and it is a "binding and griding" sound when you roll it, clutch is fine, not that. tranny seems fine also.
i took the front diff out and all the gears look fine, ring and pinion and also the spiders look good. but i found peices of what looks like it used to be a blue silicone o ring inside the diff cup. traxxas website doesnt seem to have an exploded veiw of just the diff. both output gears have blue seals on them, so there not missing. are there more then one in there? it almost seems as if the spiders are spreading to far away from the output gears, so im guessing there is suposto be more there?

any pics you guys have would be great also.

Thanx in advance.

Isaac

The washer is a Gray Teflon Washer if it matter it comes with the Traxxas REVO Diff Carrier / Rebuild Kit link for it below.

cool thanx alot, looks like thats the washer that was shreaded in the dif cup, causing the spiders to open wider, causing skip in the output gears.
