New 3.3 making funny idle noises
Ive just finished my 3rd tank and been taking it very easy (still not half throttle) and when its idling, it wants to creep forward making a "rrrrrRRrrrrrrrrRRrrrrrrrrRR" noise. Truck is blowing its smoke and engine temps are between 220-245F and its 40F outside. Also when the truck is doing this, the blue LED flashes to the truck wanting to move forward.

You need to take it faster like the manual says so you can break it in right though. Try turning the idle screw down, by turning it counterclockwise. Highest safe temp is 270, don't wanna go past that if you can. The blue light should flash when that happens.

the blue light flashes when its idling and trying to creep forward. temps are fine (between 220-245F) and its blowing nice smoke out exhaust (none from engine)

I know what you said, I was just telling you not to go past 270(it will get that hot eventually in the life of your engine). Turn the idle screw counterclockwise to turn down the idle. It's probably creeping because the idle is too high.

It's not really backwards. I could see how you think that though since Rich starts w/ an "R" and Lean starts w/ a "L", and you richen it by turning Left and lean by turning Right. But ya, turn it Counterclockwise to bring down the idle, not clockwise.
