.28 spec 1 i think i really dont think it needs more power but it is cheaper then the mach 427. And it is only 109 bucks so it should be good enough for the maxx.

Or i could by the LRP .30 spec 3 for my muggy and put the LRP .28 spec 3. that would be pretty cool but i really dont want to spend all that money after this build. But i will see how things pan out.

i have the lrp 30 spec 2 in my savage and the thing is a monster. cant keep it on all 4 wheels even with the 18 tooth clutch bell. i say the axial 28 would be perfect for it cause im sure its got a bunch more pep than the 3.3

Yeah i like the lrp .28 that i have in my mugg. But if i put the .30 in it i will not be able to take it to the track if i wanted. But i think i am going to go with the axial .28 spec 1 and on top of that it is for my son lol with the mach in it, it has to much power to get any traction if you did watch the video you can see what i am talking about. I think it will be good with the axial and if it does have to much power i will just run it a little richer. But thanks for the comments. By the way the total build cost of this build including the BB Chassis from RD Logics $130.00 and the diffs from losi lst2 about $80.00. So it comes out to about $210.00. I had all the other parts for the build so i didnt include them in the price. But if i did i would have to say about $250.00 for the whole build if all the parts were purchased.

if i was gonna run a big block i would def do the lst2 diffs but like i said i barely got a chance to run the 3.3 so im gonna wait on it. i just sent my motor to traxxas for the erp and once i get it back it will be time to rip it up. and yea the mach in there was NASTY!!! do you have some pics of your muggy?

Well i put the axial .28 spec 1 in the maxx a couple weeks before i sent it home here is the video. http://s694.photobucket.com/albums/v...rent=Movie.flv i still need to tune the shift points on it but man all i have to say is crazy. If you have good traction it will flip over on its lid and slide on the head lol. I have to get some zip ties on the head when i get home or i will try to make a new era roll cage work on it to protect the mill on it. Other then that i have no complaints well besides the small fuel tank is going to have to go. Well hope you guys enjoy and if you have any questions let me know i should be able to answer them if i havent forgot lol. Take it easy.
