Hi!
As the Kyosho DC-3 is the same size as my Marutaka DC-3 (211cm in span) I'm certain that it will fly as good as my DC-3, if the wing is fixed.
I have approximately -2 degrees of wash-out i the tips on my DC-3.
If the wings are wooden ...it's easy to fix. Just strip the wings from plastic film and slit the balsa sheeting and twist the wing...at the same time CA glue the sheeting so that the wing retains it's new tip incident! Then sand and recoverand check with a Robart meter!
If you want I have epoxy glass cowlings made for the Marutaka DC-3...seems to be the same size as the Kyosho Dc-3.
Some advise...before attemting to fly a twin like the DC-3 you should have flown other R/C planes for many years so that you are fairly good at flying and setting engines (bye ear) and know what's important and whats not when building a plane (light weight is).
Being active in pylon racing helps too!

WOW!, i'm looking to get this model and talked to the seller last night, but now i'm having second opinion as not to proceed with the deal due to wash in/out issues!. Since its a built up wing, can there be any way to fix the problem!, i don't know the type of glue used but with stripped wing from covering and then steaming it, would it help losen up the glue a bit to re twist it with correect amount of wash out angles?.
