Bluebird Servos USA

Does anyone know if there is a problem at Bluebird USA. I ask because I sent 5 servos to them in October for gear train replacement which they acknowledged receipt of, but for the past several weeks I have tried email, telephone, web chat interface, etc., and I cannot get any response whatsoever as to the status of my servos. I am wondering if they had a fire or flood or something...if not, then all I can say is their customer service is sorely lacking. Any ideas?

I haven’t heard of any fires or floods at Bluebird USA, but many have reported delays in communication. Their customer service has been inconsistent, with emails and calls often going unanswered for weeks. If you haven’t received a response, consider contacting Bluebird HQ in Taiwan, as they sometimes assist when the U.S. branch is slow. Checking with your credit card company or PayPal for dispute options might also help. Hopefully, it’s just a backlog, but keep pushing for an update.
