Hey,
I just bought a Walkera Dragonfly 36, and when I went to start the helicopter up the tail rotor didn’t move. I narrowed the problem down to the smaller gear coming off the main gear and the belt drive. The smaller gear moves when the main rotor is moving, but the belt drive doesn’t move at all, the belt drive is slipping, it doesn’t lock onto the shaft. If anyone knows why this is and how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

there should be a small metal pin that goes thru the shaft. the gear that drives the tail rotor has a slot cut into the bottom of it.
that slot covers the metal pin and rotates the the small gear and belt to drive the tail rotor.
see if that metal pin has come out.
