Hi, I have recently finished repairing a my V2 Wildhare Edge which was given to me by a friend! I am bow at the point to purchase some servos and engine for the plane!
I haven't flown for a couple of years and am a little out of touch with what's best!
I am planning on using hitec servos all round so if some one could advise on which models are best for each control surface it would be most appreciated!
Also purchasing a DLE 55 for power, Will this be fine and shall I just use the stock muffler it's shipped with or pay extra and get a pipe??
Thanks Guys!
Shaun

I JUST traded a restored V1 that I flew on a DLE55 for over a season...the thing was a rocket ship on a stock, standard 55 swinging a Xoar 23x8. Yours will be a pound or two lighter, so the 55 will be PLENTY of motor right out of the box.

</div><div>I ran HiTec 5645MG's all around because I happened to have some on hand. They're plenty for the WH Edge, but are a bit slow for my tastes. The 5625MG would be an excellent choice, imo, and is a bit faster. </div><div>
</div><div>Tom may, of course, have other recommendations as well.</div><div>
</div><div>One note here...whatever servos you select, I strongly advise metal geared servos on any gas airplane.
