This guy will anodize anything. I'm not sure about the cost, but you can call him during business hours and he'll be able to give you an estimate.

I had an identical setup but I used a BME my final weight was 17lb even nothing like consistanct this says a lot for the WH

Reciever: JR 770 PCM
Servo Horns: Air Wild MLP

Engine: Zenoah G-62
Mount: B&B

Spinner: TrueTurn
Muffler: Bison Pitts style w/smoke
Tank: Dubro 24oz gas converted
Smoke: B & B Super Smoker system

How much does this beast weigh? Wow, a 24 oz gas tank, a smoke system, G62 and NiCads... Knowing WH planes from all the posts here on RCU, it'll probably still fly great! Good luck!
