Default control horns - hole size? binding?

I am starting to mess with the Rocket city (or whatever) control
horns that come with the hardware kit. The kit has 6/32" button
head screws and lock nuts to be used as pins in the horns, but
the 1/8" holes in the rocket city horns are extremly tight on the
6/32" bolts.

A #29 drill bit seems to be a good choice for the holes, tight, but not
binding. Am I missing something here? I have never seen this
mentioned befor?

Another alternitive is to just run a 6/32 tap down the pin holes...
this may be a better solution since the 6/32" bolts have no shoulder
for the plastic to ride on.... the pivot point will be riding on threads as
it stands now?

Yes, you are missing the instructions for the horns, or you didn't read them.

Send an email to [email protected] and I'll send them to you.
