Default 300 LX Pull Pull

Hey Tom... This may sound like a dumb question but when I set up pull pull on the rudder on other planes I cross the wires to get a good alignment out the exit holes. Last night when setting up the 300 with pull pull I noticed that the wires want to rub on the back of the exit holes when the wires were crossed.... So should they be crossed or not?

The holes are positioned for straight wires.

I noticed this also last night, so I tried a straight configuration. They rubbed still. I'm using a 3" arm on the servo. To fix this I added some ny-rod to the exit hole. This should help prevent the cable from chaffing. Jared

I had the same problem on my Edge 540T. If you look closely down the inside
of the fuselage, you might see the pull-pull cable rubbing on a former just ahead
of the exit hole. It was tricky, but I marked on the former with a pen where the
wire was rubbing and then used a dremel with the round drum sander to create
a half cirle cut out on the former where the wire rubbed. Problem solved.
