Ok, the plane looked like it flew quite well, but did it seem like the video was playing way too fast? To me it seemed like the vid was sped up to 125% or something.

Keep in mind it's a 85" plane, they react a lot more quickly than a typical 40%.

Ya I am with greyhound... something kinda looks weird... the harriers look very fast

Maybe it's just me.. but that seems way too fast for a plane that size.. my Cap videos dont look that fast.

Looks normal to me. The wind looks like it's coming from the left so those harriers would be faster looking. Nice plane Tom.......it's next on my list for sure.

Wind? Look at the hovering... I dont see or hear much wind at all.

Either way looks like it flys well.

Camera operator has the shutter speed cranked up. There's no motion blur, so it looks herkyjerky.

Yep, I shot the video on a Panasonic DVX100B in 30P mode. Shutter speed / 1000. The video is actual speed. It's the same mode as I shoot all my videos in. There was about a 10-12 mmph wind.

How do you see wind?lol I was there that day and the wind was blowing about 10-12 mph. The video quality rocks and its hands down some of the best video footage out on flying.

haha... well there was a point where hovering it was at 90 degrees and not moving side to side... it doesnt take much to blow a hovering plane around... it was probably gusty. Like you said I wasnt there... just saying what I thought judging by the looks of the plane.

And if you look in the shadows at the end of the runway, there is the second gunman...right there on the grassy knoll...

I assumed wind because every pilot.....well most....fly into the wind for harriers and such. It didn't make sense to fly from the right if there was wind; there would have been less lift. You can see what looks like a storm in the background anyways....rarely is there no wind when there is one of those around.

Good pilots make it look like there's no wind [8D]

Awesome footage mcharlton, so good I could even see the wind!!! LOL
