Tom, why the price difference between the red/yel, blue/wht & honda 50cc Sukhois? It can't be licensing cause the graphics package is another $50 . what makes this plane cost more?

This is now in the past, we are completely sold out so all planes in the future will be of the same variety.
The new planes will all be fast-build with pre-hinged surfaces, canopy already attached, and firewalls marked correctly with engine centerline so the ply templates can be used to quickly locate and mount the engine.
One exception to this, we have 9 planes still in China left over from the previous batch that would not fit in the container, all Honda base scheme.
In an effort to keep costs down we have dropped the standard wing bags, but they will still be available as an option.
I try to give the most "bang for the buck" and I usually avoid packaged pricing that forces the customer to buy a bunch of stuff that he doesn't want or need, so as I adjust what goes into a plane my costs change and I need to change the prices. I'm sorry if it has been confusing, mabe it will straighten out soon.

Sounds good, clears a few things up. I may be in the market for another 50cc plane soon as I have a friend that doesn't want to do all the work and flys with me on a regular basis and had flown mine numerous times that wants to buy mine off me as is ready to fly. Most likely is this happens I will wither buy another Sukhoi either a 50cc size or the Biggger %35 version, I really like the red bull scheme and the pocket hinges
. I have a ZDZ super 80 I just sent in to RCShowcase for a going through. You think that engine would be enough for the 35% Sukhoi?
Thanks alot Tom

I recently sold a 35% Extra to a guy with a ZDZ-80. He asked if I thought it would be enough engine, I told him I thought it was marginal for 3D but OK for IMAC style flying.
He called me back to tell me he loves the plane and the engine worked out great. What do I know!
The Red Bull Sukhoi is a little lighter than the Extra, so depending on your flying style it may work out great.
And BTW before you sell your plane you should be aware that I am out of the 87" Sukhois completely, but I have the Red Bulls and I will do a good deal one that plane.
