now the exi 250 uses the same electronics as the trex 250 so you can see what the pro ppl have on their trex 250.

you'll need micro servo 3 for the cyclic and one for the tail. you can use our gy48V and that will do it. for motor you can get them here: http://www.xheli.com/200sibrmo.html

you'll need 11.1v 800mah 30C lipo for the heli.

Do I have a 2nd or 3rdchoice on the motor? one place I found said a 34 KV and one more was higher.
And what size is the drive pinion (is it 2 mm)
It would be better if the page listed a list of items / parts to finish! in a little more detail!
If you want me to buy from Xheli toss me a bone!
How about the D213F servos?

ok motor: http://www.hobbypartz.com/250class-5150kv.html
servos: http://www.hobbypartz.com/9gexidimeges.html
gyro: http://www.hobbypartz.com/60p-dy-1017.html
ESC: http://www.hobbypartz.com/topro40aelbr.html

the shaft size on this motor is 2.3 and the pinon gear that came with the kit will work on this motor.

Thanks
Andy
