I have a 91 that has been sitting on the shelf for years. I finally mounted it and fired it up this weekend. I can not get the motor to tune.

No matter what I do it seems to load up, it also is spitting alot of fuel out of the venturi. I can get it to run full throttle but it takes forever to slowly get there. At 2.5 turns open I can even make the engine run without the glow ignitor. It is running at about 1 turn on the high needle.

Once I get it running at WOT and go back to idle, then let it idle for a five seconds and then I go back to full throttle it take 15 seconds to get back to a high rpm.

If I go from full throttle back to idle then right back to full it transitions fine.

After sitting for all this time, the gaskets, o-rings, plunger and diaphragm are likely shot and should be replaced before going any further.
