Default 63s regulator

Dave I have a new 63 with only 15 flights on it, and now it has decided to stop transitioning, and is dripping fuel out the carb. I suspect the plunger has some crud stopping it from seating. Is there a good way to flush the regulator assembly out without prying the 2 halfs of the housing apart?

thanks
