Default YS 140 s problems

Hi Dave.
Yesterday i was runnig my 140 to make 10 flyes before the break-in in fixed mount.
The hi speed needle valve was opened 2 turns aprox, and the low speed one 1 turn aprox.
When the plane was flying the engine stoped sudently.
When i was landed, the spiner was broken.
I don't know why but I have no a hard landing. The spiner didn't touch the ground.
Before this, i'd started the engine again, and when the rpm was full, it was sound like some thing crashed "clak-clak-clak"into the engine and stoped.
The engine was started again, but I didn't want to runs at full.

Could you help me?
Do you know wy my sapiner it's broken?

Thank you Dave.

By the way, I have no YS vinils in my e-mail.
Could you send it to me.

The prop is coming loose because the spinner backplate slips. Put a ring of course sandpaper between the spinner backplate and the drive washer.
