YS160 First start problem
Hello,
Complete new 160DZ. Starts ok but die after 15 - 30 sec. Glow Booster is on.
Fuel system is per the book re-checked few times. All fuel pipes are new.
PLUG: OSF
Fuel: Heli High Performance 30% Nito 22% Oil.
High Speed Needle: open 2 turns as per the book.
Regulator: Not touched - set by Factory.
Prop: APC 17x12W
ZNLIE Engine Mount
Any Ideas?

Dies after 15 or 20 seconds at what throttle position? Full? Idle? Fast Idle?
If it dies at full throttle it is probably too rich on the high speed. Setting should be about 1.5 turns open, + or -
