One last question and I'll stop bugging ya. I want to cut a portion of the muffler pipe off to better accompdate my cowling exit . I plan on using the jam nut (threaded on the pipe above the cut) as a thread chaser after making the cut, but would feel better if I had the proper size die in case the jam nut doesn't quite straighten out the threads.

What size is the pipe thread at the muffler end?

Oh that's one I don't know.

The exhaust thread is 13x1mm, same as all YS's from 91 to 170. The 53/63 are 11x.75mm The muffler thread is 11x.75
