YS 140L Hyde Mount ?
I'm putting a YS 140L into a 1.20 size GEE BEE. (Big Cowl) Which Hyde mount would be the best for this application?
Do I need the one with the Nose Ring?
Does Dubro Make a better mount the Hyde?

Use the Type "A"
My recommendation is to use the type "A" Hyde Mount...It is a little bigger and heavier than th4e AR version but doesn't require a nose ring...My opinion is the Hyde mount is the best motor mount available. I have been using them since about 94'...I have never had a failure or the mount wear out either....Combine this with outstanding service from Merle Hyde.
Contact Central Hobbies to get the mounts...They have the best prices.

You'll need to call them...I doubt they have the type "A" on the website....Tell them you want the Type "A" because of a cowling and no ability to run the nose ring. The ARI is another option but requires a pretty beefy firewall....Use the Type "A"....
