Hi Don,
Can you say how many of the Illusion fuses have sold? I was just curious to see if any had been built yet.
Thanks,
Jeff.

I think three kits shipped and a couple guys ordered pans separately , one guy ordered cores and a pan. I plan on building one for myself, actually I've started it already.

I can if it helps. Get a hook left header form Mac's , it should give plenty of room for the gear.

I am adding a Citation short kit to the line up in around three weeks if anyone wants one. I am taking pre orders now.

Hi,
As in this Citation? The Japanese design that was in the 1981 World Champs?
Best regards,
G.

I would really want one, but I would also really like to see what is being used for the plug.

I straighten and correct every plane. It seems most have ripples. pinholes or something when I get them but after I block them they are straight and smooth.
I'm making the plug for the Citation and it is very srtaight.

I called Don last night (May 21st) and he had just glued himself to his new Citation fuselage he was building from the plans. Sounds like everyone is going to end up with what they wanted. The norm for RCAiir/Frequent Flyer's operation. No excuses, just lots of top quality kits shipped out weekly, several new models available per month.

Don
Is the Bootlegger on your list of planes to keep alive? Can anyone post article or build thread to one?
Thanks
Tim

BOOTLEGGER
Yes, the Bootlegger is done and available as a short kit. It was one of the first four that I did over a year ago. You can email me and I can send you a list of the planes done

Hi,
So how's the Citation project coming along? Any chance of seeing those pictures?

I'll post the pictures of the plug when I get it ready.

what kits are available? Do you only produce shorts kits? Do you do any wing/stab sheeting?

thanks for the reply, just one last question. In reviewing your list of pattern planes, Inotice for the Atlanta, you only list the fuse chin cowl, wing pan, plans and cores - but no fuselage. Are planning on making one?

I structure the price with a base for the kits with the fuselage at $150.00, then add if there is a cowl , chin cowl, wing pan, pipe partition, cores , plan, templates, etc. etc. All Short kits have a fuselage as David said.
Chris has not built his Atlanta yet. I started to do one. So far I have only sanded and sprayed the primer on the fuse.
Citation Pictures: PLUG PROGRESS Almost done, one coat of 1/2oz. glass on it and I still have to do the wing fillets.

Hey Chris you'll like this one. This is a 27% GEE BEE R-2 that I have been building as a plug for a fiberglass Version. I'm thinking about an 80cc twin for get up and go.

Hi Steve,
I'd love to see my Atlanta finished too! Eventually, problem is I am not a fast builder.
Don and I have been trying to figure out a good weekday to go to the Basin, when it's not too busy. Maybe make it an every week thing...
Don,
I love that thing, I want it!
