My small opinion of the X and HPI in general is wait 4 months and they'll release another gotta have vehicle thats better than the previous one. and oh, it'll be even more money.

All RC companies put out new vehicles. If they didn't, they would not keep going. They also would not be addressing issues with their vehicles. HPI is doing that. Every change they made to the new X came straight out of user complaints. I personally applaud them for this new vehicle. At a bare minimum, they are listening to us. I will be buying this new Savage and if a better one comes out in 4 months that addresses more issues, I would consider buying that one.
