I would check your locking cylinders to make sure you dont have any leaks. I had leaks on mine and took it to a jewelry to get them redone.
Also i think B1 bob had the same issue with the nose gear not coming down on his and it had something to do with the rod that connects to the nose wheel. make sure its not bent.

Hi Jay,
I may be that the over-centre lock is worn/damaged so it doesn't! Though it does need pressure from the cylinder to maintain the lock. If you push it backwards by hand under system pressure, does it fold?
Jeff

I have done few test tonight at 80 psi and with the air on all the time the gear stays locked only flying it will give me a positive test so I just need to see if my jet tronic valve will give me air with the gear down and I am set.
if it works I will feel relived but stupid as I should have thought of it before now but that's what happens when you don't get to fly it much because of the weather.
many thanks jeff.
how is the yak coming on?

Hi Jay,
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can shut off the failsafe on the valve so it delivers pressure all the time. Do check if the locking cylinder is bypassing too as Andre suggests - it's a little one and it needs all the help it can get (sounds like my teenage years).
I've finally put the two halves of the Yak together after a lot of work to get to that stage - took all Sunday afternoon to do it too. I've grown used to its' size - doesn't look that big!
Cheers
Jeff

this valve keeps air pressure when the receiver is off and prevents an undercarriage collapse.

will the high flow valve solve it?
jeff what pressure would you go up to I normally use 100psi, with only 6 flights I can't see it being damaged, do the picture show you anything I cannot see?

Hi Jay,
I run a UP valve at around 130psi in mine so not sure if the high flow valve would work but, like the other post states, you will always have positive pressure on the cylinder.
I can't see any issues with your locking arm but it may be worth trying another.
Hope this helps...
Jeff

Has anyone had any issues with the supplied linkages in the G2 version? As its not supplied with either any kind of instructions or parts list it's all guesswork. As the servos can only go in one way I have one threaded rod that's perfect for the rudder, one that suits the port aileron but the others supplied are way to long to be used on anything. Before I go and make new ones I want to be sure I've got the correct accessory package!
Thanks
Scott

Video of JMA member Steve Salmon's F-16 test flight last weekend. Really nice aeroplane. Perfectly powered for scale flying with a P-180Rxi (even in the longest vertical I only just got it to full power!)
Gusty day and no gyros, it handled really well.

use the closest hole to the centre of the servo for maximum power and you should be fine, I love mine and its one of the last g1 pity we don't get the weather to fly it all year!
