Not at this time, I looked into it and the overhead would be too much for me. Since I hold the copyright to the IMAC Pro and IMAC Lite apps, if someone wants to give it a go on a Windows phone, I'll...

RE: First contest

We are all trying to help. That's the beauty of IMAC versus most other competitions. We help each other. I've done at least 100 IMAC Primers (training sessions) let alone loads of time judging and...

RE: First contest

Actually yes and no

Yes meaning that you will find out that somethings are not as easy as they look and that IMAC will fly in winds higher than you are used to. The beauty of this is when you...

RE: Seervo Arm Advice

Oh, I'm very familiar with the 8411's. I used to use them on everything and I just rebuilt them and use them for throttle servos on my DA170 and Da200 engines. The will be just about perfect at 6v on...

RE: Seervo Arm Advice

You are fine with those arms. Being new to gas, a few things to keep in mind. The biggest is vibration. I highly recommend that you balance the prop. Keep and eye on those arms, the vibration can put...

RE: Carbon fiber vs wood - advantages?

As K-Bob has already said, carbon fiber props don't flex near as much as wood does, thus making them more efficient and quieter. Wood tends to flatten out at higher rpms thus losing thrust and...

Like MIke, I am still lurking so I decided to catch up a bit and will certainly address the expo thing.

Expo is certainly something to use and learn to use properly. It is not cheating. I know...

RE: Plane size

IMAC does not have a minimum plane size

IMAA does but I do not remember what it is

In the NE region of IMAC, we typically see Basic pilots flying 50 inch electrics and we have the odd pilot...

RE: need setup info for the old hanger 9 46% ultimate.

I made my own headers so mine are all in the cowl but I have seen these with DA150's on pipes and just a minor cutout is needed

Yes, these are the updated pipes. I bought them and used them on a...

Basically it's a huge puddy tat until you tell it otherwise. It's got enough drag in 3D to give you loads of time to respond to most anything. Rolling circles...

RE: need setup info for the old hanger 9 46% ultimate.

I would use 8711's or better all the way around and change the ailerons to a single servo on the inboard position.

I have a Da170 on greves pipes turning a 32x12 Mejlik. This thing has loads of...

RE: MXSR ailron problem question.

I would take the servo and plug it directly into the receiver using no extensions. If it still fails that way then you have a bad servo. Depending on your radio I would use separate channels for each...
