We've found we prefer to not wire servos direct to the receiver instead we tap straight from the battery as we've experianced a few receivers fail due to the amount of draw these big servos...

i'm sure if it was 'ran over' by a car it would be in alot...

Yup agreed. if you want to be safe... charge low... Sure 1C =a charge rate of 2.6 which, well to me seems really low... I charge 2400's (nicad though) @ 5amp, i charge 3300's at 5 to 6 depending on...
