scotty... you're right about the Cs. I recently purchased a 1250 mAh pack with 15C and it did make a huge difference. It just gets slightly warm as compared to my charcoal hot previous 1500 mAh 10C...

bemyself, make sure the pack is LIPO and not NiMH or NiCD. If it is LIPO then perhaps the "printing" or "labelling" could be wrong. If you are sure it is right then you should write to Singapore...
