i have just received my 14mz module back from Jens at Wea, the story so far..:
i brought a 14mz module when they just reappeared back on the site after they reissued them to work with the 14...

yes i have the latest firmware on the 14mz , and it is set to multi.
i cant understand why it wont work other than a faulty modual.

thats what i have set, it would seem then i have a either a faulty Modual or its not comatible with my early D2 tx unit..
all works ok with old modual using ppm 1.5

i have just fitted the new Fasst modual from wea to my Futaba 14\MZ . it now will only boot in the 2.4gig mode as before with old moduel
it used to boot in the 35mhz mode and...

i am seeing a similar issue with my micro receivers on XP and 7 , this was apparent after i upgraded to Giga 2.5*
they all work just seems to take a long time to download the receiver info...

i had the same problem with one of my TX units, i re flashed the up date and it has not done it since, but like you i dont have a lot of confidence in the unit..

i can confirm that there is a small issue with the end point on my futaba 14mz and ff9.. also in PCM there is no + movement on chan 5.(on FF9)
i have also had a problem with one of my TX...

yeah i have the latest Giga control but i think its a firmware issue weather its TX or RX im not certain,
i have tried with all my receivers (all mine are micro 8,10 and 12 ch) and both...
