Kadet lt40 and senorita shipping to Canada?

Can either the Kadet lt40 or Kadet Senorita be shipped to Canada via USPS. The USPS rate on the website seems a bit excessive for what it should be but im not sure if thats just a website thing.

Yes, the Victoria definately requires more work, which is good. I enjoy building quite a bit.

I mean that the pro-version requires you to install the radio.
