I know of guys that use a live axle and it makes the ground handling much better. I just can't stand a long nosed Dr.1. The other cowl option does sound good though.

Apparently Eflite makes a set of Bf 109 electric retracts, for 60-120 size birds. They might work.

Balsacraft Spitfire

Does anybody have a NIB Balsacraft Spitfire kit that they would be interested in trading for a NIB Jemco Hellcat kit?
