it means it has more torque, less RPM. i assume its becuase the transistors in the ESC arn't fast enough to handle the high RPM.

with the 4600 will a notice a drop off in torque compared to the stock 3300? im not a huge top end guy, i rather like the bite of the 3300.

depending on the number of amps the thing pulls you could stick a diode or two in series with the motor to drop the voltage.
