I cant say I have. I think with all the weight on the rear of the truck once the sled is attatched, it would be that much harder to keep it in a straight line.

But would that bring the overall gear ratio up? I haven't put any force on the tranny since shimming and removing the 2nd/3rd gear.
I know the first time it blew was mid-shift, common for ERCM...

Im stoked formy next set of days off. By then the FLM gear should be in, along with the new idler gear for the tranny. I've removed 2nd and 3rd gear from the hpi 3spd, but that idler...

The MC8 plug will work in that application also. Its a good plug for the size of engine, and the RPM range. just tune the engine accordingly and you will be fine. even at 45C (105F)</p>

aluminum is a good upgrade, but integy and HPI use crap aluminum for their clutch shoes.
Its a soft alloy and needs to be sanded or filed every once in a while to get rid of the bur's

I run my MC#8 plugs from 34*C to -15*C

Just richen your tune slightly for colder tempuratures and you will be fine.
A common mistake is to lean the engine for colder temps to keep your heat up,...

Im with Argess, Richen the HSN a bit, if it idles and takes off fine leave the LSN alone.
If it stalls when getting to its top end, and it isnt warm (250F+) then its either too lean, or loosing tank...
