Esc Ques Hack30x Runa A Scropion 480

My problem is the Esc wont kick on.

I had it new from the factory set for my 20-20L hacker for a foamy model. Now I jumped it over into a PA addiction with a scorpion 480 motor.

Tried it once again and its just has high pitch whine as it barely vibrates it around(prop that is) I thought for a second I saw it counter back.I have changed a the motor plugs around three times...
