Your dimensions sound alot like an AMPmaster. Go to www.ezonemag.com and search for the Ampmaster. This is a 10 cell plane that uses a geared motor like an Astro 05 or an MEC Turbo 10 GT.

OR go to www.modelairtech.com for some really cool belt drives. The belt drives can be gotten with the correct motor shaft size...
