Hubsan H122D X4 STORM good for a beginner?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a drone to mess around with in my garden and practice some flying, and to buy one for less than £150.
Would the x4 be a good choice, or should i look at others?

So somehow my rustlers rear tyre has split and is unusable.
I'm not sure what i now need to do, do i just need a new tyre, or a new wheel and tyre?

It definately came from hobby king - as i went on the hobby king website, looked at my order and it said something along the lines of "HOLD - card image requested"
