Its the IBU2. Enable superspin but to do the spin the stick must go 3 oclock or 9 any up stick will be porportional steeing.

Nope, A.C.E. runs them TFA since they are casemate AFVs. N.E.A.D. runs it IFA. H.E.A.T. runs all tanks as TFA regaurdless of having a turret or not. These are main clubs at Danville.

Yes there isn't enough room inside to mount the base in the commanders hatch. The reason its back there is it didn't require cutting the casemate.
Also other JTs at Danvlle have had it back there....

Not really. The tank doesn't block the apple in any way. If you were to see it you would know. The tank would have to be at enough angle that filter fins would come into play before the casemate...
