I think you missed it, scottman. Somebody specifically listed several items for sale. I forget who, but I thought at the time, "I don't think you're supposed to do that!"

The stuff about the glow heads is actually fine. Even the offer to make the replacement part for a few bucks I don't have any issue with. Although this second one could have been handled better with PM's. Still that was fine. Same with the notice about perhaps making replacement canopies for the Shrike since it was just a "we might do it" sort of deal. But Snaproll posted a bunch of stuff for sale directly and despite me not seeing it for a few days no one bothered to remind him that it ain't kosher. So the reminder in red that was intended to be seen by everyone.
I see it got everyone's attention though....
And a hearty "Best Of Luck" to Snaproll if he goes ahead with the glow head project. Contrary to what some may be thinking after the red banner notice I actually have a big thumbs up in my head for this. I'd also support the suggestion from earlier that, if practical, the button insert with the smaller glow element cavity would be a better way to go. These old Testors/McCoy engines don't have all that much moxie to begin with. If using a regular plug reduces the compression a little more then it'll be like it's running at mid throttle all the time.

RE: Calling all Collectors of Cox and Testors of airplanes and cars
Hey guys,
It looks like I am going to have to sell some of my Cox and Testors stuff as I got laid of from work for the winter this morning.
If anyone is looking for any 1/2a stuff let me know and I will try and give the best price possible.
Thanks,
Shawn

Hey guys, I am sorry to do this, but I am closing down this thread as one of the powers that be here on RCU, seems to like abusing his power and likes to chew allot of hide for littlest things.
Anyway. I'd like to think everyone for sharing their Cox and Testors Collections! You guys have some very nice sftuff!!
