KMS QUANTUM motors: -ARE THEY THE SAME AS AXI motors ...?

I do not know how true it is,that KMS Quantum motors are the
EXACT SAME motors as AXI ... -I have never looked ...
Certainly, KMS Quantum motors are still available from many outlets in UK (in March 2013) -e.g.

Might KMS Quantum motors REALLY be the same as AXI motors ..?
After all,KMS Quantum motors are usually much less than half the price of a same-size AXI motor e.g.

-The specs of these 2 motors are certainly close to each other;a small Kv difference is easily within the range of measurement error; small difference in weight may be due to one motor weighed with connectors, the other without ...

-And even the accessories for AXI and KMS Quantum motors look identical ...

-Once again, specs are very close, Kv difference is easily within range of measurement error; one motor may have weight quoted with connectors, the other without connectors, etc ...
**** AND: THE 2 MOTORS DO LOOK ALMOST IDENTICAL (see pics below) ****
SO: WHAT ARE WE SEEING HERE ....?
ARE KMS QUANTUM MOTORS MADE IN THE SAME CHINESE OEM FACTORY AS AXI ??
(-Like the situation with: Hacker and Torque, Z-Hyperion; LiPolice, OK Hobby Infinite, Shulman Aviation FURY, Gens Ace, motors etc etc)
OR: ARE KMS QUANTUM MOTORS JUST COPIES (i.e. CLONES) OF AXI MOTORS, MADE IN A QUITE DIFFERENT FACTORY ... ?
-Llke PULSO motors are just copies of AXI,-but (evidently) made in a completely different factory ...?
If indeed, KMS Quantum motors are made in the same OEM factory as AXI motors, and they turn out to be identical with AXI motors (apart from a different external colour and brand label)
-then we will have the situation that KMS Quantum motors are basically AXI motors for ~40% of the price of AXI ...
